Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or color selections, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors. If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please use the form below and include your order number.

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, send us a message below. Please include your order number and as much information as possible so we can help without making you play email ping-pong.

Artist submissions
We’re always interested in meeting human artists who make weird, funny, interesting cat art. You’re welcome to send us your portfolio, social links, and your required compensation. We review all artist submissions, but we may not respond to applicants who are not chosen and may not choose new applicants for several weeks after submission
